The important words which matter in individual success are Time &Commitment. Commitment ignites action, while time boundation triggersimplementation. To commit is to pledge yourself to a certain line of conduct.There is an old saying “Stand for something or you will fall for anything”. Tofollow it without a flaw, you should firstly have a sound set of beliefs andsecondly a faithful adherence to those beliefs with your behaviour. Possiblythe best description for above is “Persistence with a Purpose”.

I believe there is a spark within every youth. But that spark is alamp’s flame which needs to be nurtured continuously and to be guarded againststorms. Goals will help you do that. I must add, don’t just have career oracademic goals instead have a balanced life. Balanced means ensuring yourhealth, mental peace are all in good order. You must have read - “Life is atough race, it is marathon. No, from what I have seen so far, life is one ofthose races is nursery school, where you have to run with a marble in a spoonkept in your mouth. If the marble falls, there is no point coming first. Samewith life, where health and relationships are the marbles. Your striving isonly worth it, if there is harmony in your life. Else, you may achieve thesuccess, but this spark, this feeling of being excited and alive, will start todie.

Hurdles or problems cannot be avoided, as like the monsoon, they willcome in regular intervals. You just need to keep the raincoat handy to not letthe spark and the commitment die. Keep it alive dear students, in fact make itlive long.........
